Race day is on it’s way, and you need a healthy way to fuel up in the morning, or after a good run. Easy to remember by the anagram created, this set of smoothies should send you out the door on the right foot! Pun intended!

Mango Tango!

1 Mango (Diced and frozen)
6 Strawberries
1/2 cup of yogurt (Can be left out)
1 Cup Juice (Apple or Orange)
4 Ice Cubes

Apple Grapple!

1 Apple Diced
1 Cup Apple Juice
4 Ice Cubes
1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries
6 Oz. Plain Frozen Yogurt (Low or Non-Fat)

Peach Beach!

1 Cup Frozen Yogurt (Low or Non-Fat, Peach Preferably)
1 Cup Peach Nectar
1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries
1 1/2 Frozen Diced Peaces

Apricot Spot!

1 Chopped Apple
1 1/2 cup apple juice
2 Chopped Apricots
1 Cup Plain Frozen Yogurt (Low or Non-Fat)
10 ice cubes

Tropical Stop & Go!

1 Cup Pineapple Chunks
1 Cup Frozen Peaches
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Cup Guava Nectar
1/2 Cup Apple Juice
1 Lime Squeezed

Honey Raspberry Blast!

1 Cup Raspberries Frozen
1 Cup Orange Juice
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 banana
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla
6 Ice Cubes

Oatmeal Fruit Delight!

1 Cup Skim Milk
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
8 Strawberries
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Honey
1/2 Cup Fresh Pineapple

Nectarine Dream!

1/4 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Frozen Yogurt (Low or Non-Fat)
1/2 Cup Chopped Nectarines
1 Teaspoon Honey
6 Ice Cubes
